The Road to Readiness

Sourcing our ingredients has been an adventure, full of unexpected twists and turns. Just when we thought we had perfected our formulas, some key ingredients became unavailable, prompting us to pivot. We meticulously evaluated alternatives, reformulated, and tested again to ensure every flavor of VooZee meets our high standards. After this challenging but rewarding process, we’re proud to say our formulations are locked in β€” each serving delivering a full cup equivalent of vegetables!


USDA Dietary Guidelines for AmericansΒ 2020-2025 recommend consumption of 2.5 cups equivalent of vegetables daily.


Why Vegetable Intake Matters

According to the USDA Dietary Guidelines for 2020-2025, individuals following a 2,000-calorie diet should consume 2.5 cups of vegetables daily, including a variety from all subgroups: dark green, red and orange, legumes, starchy vegetables, and others. For a balanced weekly intake, the guidelines recommend:

  • 1.5 cups of dark green vegetables (like broccoli and spinach)
